ALOE is a 20 000sqft Assisted Living Community. It provides 24 rooms for residents, activities, a barber shop, a store and cafe along with events a spiritual space and many visitor areas.
ALOE- CAPSTONE PROJECT ASSISTED LIVING
Post Vine is a 3000sqft Wine Boutique. It sells all types of wine with options stored in refrigerators. Bundles or gifts can be wrapped and bought at the gift wrapping station, and wine can be tasted near sunlight and large windows, in a comfortable but exciting setting.

Cour Spaces, a 6620sqft co-working project completed and designed with designer Cheyenne Pahl.
As Covid-19 and overall health and safety is our new reality we focus on creating a clean, bacterial safe space where people can still work independently or with groups.
COUR SPACES- OFFICE
MSA Group is a mining company that values sustainability and the environment. The new 8450sqft space has all the cooperate office necessities such as a lunch room, library, boardroom and meeting spaces, training rooms, executive offices and many work stations for the entire staff.

Grills, in the location of the Hotel Eldorado, Kelowna is a 12 065sqft family barbeque restaurant. Seating about 200 people in total in the main dining area, the lounge, private room, or on the porch. enjoy a barbeque style meal with a nice view of the Okanagan Lake.

THE LIGHTHOUSE- HOMELESS CARE CENTRE
The Lighthouse is 8300sqft of homeless shelter. Inside you will find 20 wet rooms, 8 sets of mashing machine and dryers, charging stations, a pet area and washing station, along with 2 manicure stations. Anyone is welcome at The Lighthouse.
